Scientific Purpose
We’re committed to bringing together disparate scientific disciplines with technology to develop novel and market leading solutions.
Our goal? To combine new concepts with decades of scientific research into cutting-edge, evidence-based solutions for the betterment of people and businesses.

OUR METHODS
Cognitive Neuroscience
We utilise the biological processes and aspects that underlie cognition, with a specific focus on the neural connections in the brain which are involved in mental processes. Our research considers how cognitive activities are affected or controlled by neural circuits in the brain across overlapping disciplines such as behavioral neuroscience, cognitive psychology, physiological psychology, affective neuroscience and computational modelling.
Organisational Psychology
We utilise the aspect of organisational psychology concerned with the technique of objective measurement of latent constructs that cannot be directly observed yet are inferred through mathematical modelling based on what is observed from individuals’ responses to items on tests and scales.
Data Science
We pursue scientific methods, processes, algorithms and systems to extract or extrapolate knowledge and insights from noisy, structured and unstructured data, and apply knowledge from data across the domains of Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychometrics. We utilise Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in order to understand and analyse actual phenomena within large data sets, rapidly and consistently via our bespoke algorithms.
